Hello! My name is Paige and I’m a Type One Warrior. I was diagnosed as a baby, just after my first birthday. So, it’s really all I know! My absolute favorite place in the world is the BEACH! My family goes several times a year, and I never want to leave. It makes me so happy to build sand castles with my brother and collect sea shells with my mom! My name is Alexis Nicole Browne and I am a t1d. I was diagnosed January 23, 2014 when I was in the fourth grade and now I am almost 15 years old and in high school. Before and after I was diagnosed I loved painting. It is a way for me to express myself and show who I am. I chose to do an “art” themed basket because I believe others should be able to express themselves too. You can paint no matter how young or old you are, art is open to everyone.
